Responsible for administrative and financial matters, but also widely understood coordination, supervision of building maintenance and relations with tenants. She is therefore an invaluable person for tenants. She knows all the necessary information about the building, so she will answer any question and suggest how to solve any problem.

The manager of the Warsaw Trade Tower building. She can provide any necessary information about the building as well as take care of any administrative or financial matters. One of her responsibilities is reacting to and solving any current problems that the tenants are experiencing.

Korwin-Kulesza
Her functions complement the scope of activities of the property manager in terms of, inter alia, the terms of the lease agreement, the new one and the negotiation of the existing agreement. She can also agree to non-standard implementations on the building, she is responsible for maintaining the property at a profitable level and for populating the building with new tenants. Additionally, she is responsible for a portfolio of several properties.

She deals with, among others help with renovations and arrangements in the tenant’s offices.

Responsible for coordinating the repair of defects in the building, answers questions regarding technical issues in the premises of the rented premises, and issues approvals for technical changes introduced in the premises.

Responsible for coordinating the repair of defects in the building, answers questions regarding technical issues in the premises of the rented premises, and issues approvals for technical changes introduced in the premises.
Security
24-hour service. Security in the building is responsible for ensuring the safety of employees and visitors to the facility, traffic control on the premises, ensuring the compliance with regulations and procedures in force on the premises, monitoring access and issuing access cards to common areas including the parking lot.
