    The technical service for the building is provided by Zintegrowane Systemy Techniczne, which is responsible, among other things, for repairs or clarifying technical issues in the leased premises.


    Pro tip

    Need help with some minor maintenance work? No problem! The technical service provides “handyman” services for a fee.


    Reporting malfunctions

    Malfunctions can happen even in the best building. But in a top-notch building like ours, this situation is not a cause for concern. Simply report the malfunction via Singu FM and we will take care of the rest. There is one catch, however, in the small print: only the person designated by the tenant of the office space to report a malfunction can do so.

    REPORTING A MALFUNCTION STEP BY STEP

    STEP 1

    Log in to the Singu FM app.


    STEP 2

    Select “New application”.


    STEP 3

    Fill in the mandatory fields (marked with a red asterisk):

    a) Type of application: Defect,

    b) Determine the priority of your application,

    c) Select category,

    d) Enter the subject of the application.


    STEP 4

    Complete the application description and add photos or files if necessary.


    STEP 5

    Submit your application by clicking on the “ADD” button.


    STEP 6

    Once the fault has been rectified by staff, you will receive an email notification that your request has been resolved. You can then close the ticket in the Singu application (Request-Status-Close Request).

    If a malfunction occurs after 5 p.m. or on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, you should then contact building security on +48 22 528 39 47.
