    Pro tip

The traditional way of inviting guests into a building is a bit fiddly. You can do this with just a few taps on your phone screen with the building app. Want to make things easier for yourself? Learn more! GLOBALWORTH APP!

    Entrance for guests

Any guest at Warsaw Trade Tower should keep these three things in mind: the main entrance, the reception and the person they intend to visit. At the front desk, the visitor should present their ID card, sign in the Guest Book and indicate whom they wish to visit.

If you are inviting a guest, let them know that they need to state their purpose at the reception. There, they will receive a temporary access pass required to meet you.

    Pro tip

If expecting guests outside standard office hours, inform the reception.

    Parking for guests

Visitors travelling by car can be greeted in the old-fashioned Polish way with bread and salt, but it is much more practical to welcome them with a free parking space. There are two possibilities: you have a parking space on the surface parking, or you don’t. In the first case, the visitor can park there, but this requires prior notification.

The notification should be sent to wtt@apcoa.pl with the following details:

    • date and time of entry,
    • reporting company,
    • parking / parking space number,
    • registration number,
    • make and model of vehicle.

In the second case, point your guest to the APCOA public car park in front of the building. The guest will take a ticket at the entrance and will pay for it at the ticket office located in the building before leaving.

    Announcing your guests

As a rule, the reception desk is not involved in transferring information on arriving guests. We would thus be grateful if you to remember the guests you have invited.

    Security

If necessary, security will ask you and your guests to show their access cards. Those unable to prove the grounds for their presence in the building or common areas may be expelled.
