ALARMS
We are eager to provide the building with proper fire protection. Therefore, we have equipped the building with the following solutions increasing safety in this regard:
- internal hydrant and sprinkler installation,
- fire ventilation and smoke extraction,
- fire alarm system,
- sound warning system,
- individual firefighting equipment.
At the emergency exits you will find green buttons that are meant for their emergency opening. You can activate them by pressing the plastic glass.
In common areas you will notice red buttons. Press them if you see a fire – this will inform the 24-hour fire service, who will send a signal to the fire department.

The manager of the Warsaw Trade Tower building. Responsible for administrative and financial matters, but also widely understood coordination, supervision of building maintenance and relations with tenants. She is therefore an invaluable person for tenants. She knows all the necessary information about the building, so she will answer any question and suggest how to solve any problem.

Responsible for coordinating the repair of defects in the building, answers questions regarding technical issues in the premises of the rented premises, and issues approvals for technical changes introduced in the premises.
