    What should I do when I’m standing in front of a door that doesn’t open and a notification doesn’t appear on my phone screen?

    If the lock does not become visible when you enter the app directly or through the widget, this means you need to increase the opening range. To do this, press the sprocket in the top right corner of the given lock. After entering the ‘LOCK SETTING’ screen, stand a little further away from the door and select the ‘SET OPENING DISTANCE’ option. From now on, the door will open automatically from this distance. You can also refresh the accesses in the ‘Keychain’. If this does not help, please contact our Customer Support Team.

    What should I do if I get notifications that I’m at the door, even when I’m away from it?

    If the set range is too large, your phone may connect to passageways you don’t want to open at the given time. Reduce the opening range for these passageways by standing closer to them and selecting the ‘SET OPENING DISTANCE’ option. You can disable notifications for each lock separately.

    How do I activate my account?

    Ask the Building Administrator/Office Manager for a link, provide the email address to which the invitation should be sent, and indicate the passageways you want to access. You will be able to activate your account by clicking on the link you receive.

    What should I do when I replace my phone with a new one?

    Download the app to your new device, then log in using your email address (the same one you used in the app earlier) and password, or via a link sent to the same address. After logging in, you can also change your existing password by entering the three horizontal lines icon in the upper left corner of the screen and then selecting ‘CHANGE PASSWORD’.

    What should I do if my activation link has expired?

    Download the GLOBALWORTH APP from the APP STORE/GOOGLE PLAY and open it. Once you have entered your email address and clicked ‘DONE’, select the ‘LOG IN WITH A LINK’ option. A new message with a link will be sent to the previously provided e-mail address. After opening the link you will be logged in to the application.

    What should I do if I’m within the lock’s reach, and no available lock appears on the dashboard screen?

    Go to the ‘ALL ACCESSES’ tab on the ‘DASHBOARD’ screen and refresh the access list by dragging the screen from top to bottom.
